Ubico is looking for reliable, enthusiastic people to join our Street Cleansing team, helping to keep Gloucester clean, safe, and welcoming.
This is a hands-on, outdoors role that suits people who enjoy physical work, variety, and being part of a supportive team.
What the role involves
• Street cleaning duties across the Gloucester boundary
• Driving a range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (full UK driving licence required)
• Working either independently or as part of a crew, depending on the task
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks (oil, water, tyres, lights, beacons, etc.)
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions – no two days are the same
We offer four fixed shift options, all Monday to Friday, with no shifts finishing later than 6pm:
• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 7:00am – 3:00pm
• 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 10:00am – 6:00pm
There is also the opportunity for paid weekend overtime for those who want it.
What we’re looking for
• A full UK driving licence
