We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Operations Performance Management Officer to support the development and delivery of our performance management framework. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving organisational excellence by ensuring performance data is effectively captured, analysed, and translated into meaningful insights.
Working closely with the Operations Performance Manager, you will contribute to embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance across the organisation.
Some of your responsibilities:
- Produce regular dashboards and reports for senior leadership, operational teams, stakeholders, and Board members
- Support the design and maintenance of performance management systems, including KPIs and appraisal tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
- Evaluate processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Deliver training, mentoring, and support to teams involved in performance improvement initiatives
- Recommend enhancements based on feedback, benchmarking, and evolving business needs
You will need…
- ILM Level 3 (or above) in Team Leading/Supervision (or equivalent)
- A-level (or equivalent) in a numerate subject (e.g., Maths, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering)
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a a similar position, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience at all levels
