We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our Gloucester Team.
You will play a key role in supporting Ubico’s waste and recycling services, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and ensuring our front-line teams have the information and resources they need to deliver excellent service.
You’ll support the Operations and Transport Manager and wider team by:
- Processing customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests via post, email, phone, and in person
- Running system reports and preparing charging runs, including internal and external invoices
- Reconciling debit card expenditures, bank statements, and monthly weighbridge data
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in IT systems, including fleet management and statutory waste data returns
- Communicating service delivery information to front-line teams and commissioning authorities
- Assisting with creditor invoices, purchase orders, and general administrative duties, including filing, archiving, and record keeping
- Providing administrative and operational support across Ubico as required
This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to multiple areas of operations while supporting a busy and friendly team.
Working Hours: This role forms part of a two-person administration team. Working hours will typically be either 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm to provide office coverage. Where only one administrator is in post, the standard working hours will be 8:00am–4:00pm.
You will need
- A business administration qualification or relevant experience
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook advanced skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience of working with in-cab technology
