Ubico are looking to appoint a Charge hand who can demonstrate a high level of customer care.
You will be supporting the Operations Supervisors and Operations Manager in the daily running of the depot, following their instruction to ensure health and safety and policies and procedures are followed.
As this is an operational role, you will be required to support the overall operation by going out loading and or driving at times.
We are looking for someone who can liaise with employees, residents and council employees in a polite and courteous manner, who is passionate about providing great service and resolving issues.
You will need
- Full driving licence
- GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English)
- Relevant professional qualificatio
- Knowledge and experience
- Experience of working in a customer services organisation and dealing with people
